These Terms apply to the use of Lajoola and purchases made through the platform. By using Lajoola or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
5.1 Lajoola Services
Lajoola provides access to digital products such as game credits, app credits, vouchers, gift cards, digital codes, and related services.
Product availability, price, region, denomination, delivery method, and other product details may differ by product.
5.2 Accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their login credentials secure.
Customers are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless they promptly report unauthorized access.
5.3 Orders
Customers must review the product, amount, region, platform, server, account details, and other required information before payment.
An order is subject to payment confirmation, availability, verification, and fulfilment.
Lajoola may reject, cancel, hold, or review an order where payment fails, information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, verification is required, or fraud or abuse is suspected.
5.4 Prices, Fees and Payment
Prices and applicable payment or service fees are shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.
Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers. Additional bank, card, currency conversion, or provider charges may be imposed by the customer’s own provider.

5.6 Returns and Refunds

Where a registered customer is linked to a referrer, that referral assignment remains with the assigned referrer unless Lajoola corrects it for a valid operational reason.
Lajoola may withhold, adjust, reject, or reverse referral benefits where an order is cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise not eligible.

- Fraud, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or misuse of payment methods.

- Reselling or using products in breach of publisher, platform, supplier, or applicable legal restrictions.
- Using referrals, accounts, promotions, or commissions in a deceptive or abusive manner.

Digital products may be supplied, issued, or fulfilled by third parties. Use of a product may also be subject to the publisher’s, platform’s, supplier’s, or service provider’s own terms and restrictions.
5.10 Suspension and Termination
Lajoola may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, creates security or fraud risk, misuses the platform, or where required by law.
5.11 Service Availability
Lajoola may update, suspend, or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, supplier changes, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Lajoola is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, third-party service interruptions, game or platform restrictions, customer account actions, or matters outside Lajoola’s reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws stated by Lajoola for the contracting entity serving the customer, subject to mandatory consumer laws that may apply in the customer’s country.
